David Levitan

David Levitan has enjoyed a career in the financial services as the former Global Chief Operating Officer of one of the UK's most successful investment company's - City Financial. Spanning offices, in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, United States, Geneva and New Zealand. Managing from startup the growth and introduction of policies, controls and financial metrics. Growing over 10 years from 3 to 180 people and AuM from c$35m to c$4.4bn.

His responsibilities included; Accounting, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, outsourcing and 3rd party relationships. As part of the business growth organically and through 12 acquisitions, David was responsible for integration - 're-platforming', the reorganisation of acquired assets – new product development and launches for both UCITS and Hedge Funds. David actively led firm-wide infrastructure planning and business development. During the growth phase, he oversaw finance, HR, corporate secretarial, marketing, IR, compliance, legal, record management and global facilities.

David was a director for City Financial subsidiary companies and previously sat on the Investment Council for a Fund of Hedge Funds. He is currently a director of an Irish UCITS and a Cayman investment fund.
